Project Overview
We were appointed to take over an inherited drainage and highways scheme and secure Technical Approval to enable delivery under a Sectional Agreement. The project required a thorough review of the existing design, resolution of outstanding authority comments, and proactive coordination to progress the scheme efficiently across the line.
Our focus was to regain momentum, de-risk the approval process, and provide the client with a clear pathway to construction.
Key outputs
We carried out a detailed technical audit of the inherited design, identifying compliance gaps and areas requiring refinement to meet current highway authority standards. The scheme was rationalised and updated where necessary, with revised drawings, technical submissions, and supporting documentation prepared to satisfy authority requirements.
Through structured engagement and responsive coordination with the Drainage and Highways Authorities, we progressed the applications through review stages and secured Technical Approval under the relevant Sectional Agreement.
